Steps to Reproduce

• run <datebox format="long+medium" onCreate="self.value = new Date()" width="330px" onChange="" /> with a browser locale Traditional Chinese
• select a two-digit month (Oct, Nov, Dec)

Current Result

the date or time displayed in a datebox is not the date you select when select month with two digital.

Expected Result

the date displayed is the same date as selected

Debug Information

• if you set time to 00:00:00, the bug doesn't happens
