Steps to Reproduce

1. run <datebox format="long+medium" onCreate="self.value = new Date()" width="330px" onChange="" /> with a browser locale Traditional Chinese
2. change the time
3. select a date different from the current month
4. select another date in another month
   

Current Result

the date or time displayed in a datebox is not the date you select

Expected Result

the date displayed is the same date as selected

Debug Information

• if you set time to 00:00:00, the bug doesn't happens
• it doesn't always happen,
