Spinner/Timebox button active style not working

Steps to Reproduce

  <timebox />
  <doublespinner />

Click up/down button

Current Result

In IE and Firefox, the active style is not working.

Expected Result

In IE and Firefox, the active style is working.

Workaround

Use jQuery to add active class on mousedown, and remove active class on mouseup.
