spinner doesn't have the clicking highlight effect in Firefox

Steps to Reproduce

Current Result

the spinner button doesn't have the clicking highlight effect

Expected Result

the button shows the correct color and background(see in chrome)

Root Cause

Pseudo-class :active not working correctly in firefox
