      As an end-user, I want to export conditional formatting expression rules to an xlsx file, so that I see or modify in Excel.

      Acceptance Criteria

      when opening an exported file with conditional formatting expression rules in Excel, end-users can see those imported rules.

      Details

      • At this moment, 5.8.0, keikai only supports to import conditional formatting rules only.
      • the attached file contains a various usages of conditional formatting which can be used as test cases.
