"Empty" Chart object in sheet cause infinite loop at server-side, frozen page

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new xlsx file

Create a chart

Go to Chart Design menu > Select Data button

Remove all series from the chart

save the document, and load in Keikai

Current Result

When the viewport loads the chart object, the page freeze and the server goes into an infinite loop. 

Expected Result

No freeze, no infinite loop.

Either renders blank, or fail with an error message.

Remove the empty chart
