      Steps to Reproduce

      1. import the attached file
      2. check the text at B2:C2

      Current Result

      it overflows to B3:C3

      Expected Result

      the text stays in the merged cell B2:C2

      Debug Information

      1. if I remove the borders around B2:C2, the issue is gone.
