Scrollbar display issue after hiding headers

      Steps to Reproduce

      When hiding ABC/123 headers, if the page has scrollbar, it is a bit misleading (can't scroll to the header area). 

      Current Result

      see attached

      As a user I thought I did not scroll to the left-most as I am seeing the highlighted area

      however the highlighted area can't be scrolled to
