Filter settings not work correctly after applying frozen

      Reproduce steps:
      1. Open the filter-frozen-test.xlsx file in ZSS.
      2. Apply filter and the filter works correctly.
      3. Focus on B2 and apply "Freeze rows and columns".
      4. The filter after column U disappear.
