apply filter incorrectly when contained merged cells

      reproduce steps:
      1. open blank file
      2. merge A2:A3
      3. fill A1~A5 with 1, 2, 3, 4
      4. select on A5
      5. click filter by toolbar button
      6. expect filter on A1 but A4
