According to the comment under ZSS-113, ZK Spreadsheet doesn't support chart/picture operation in XLS format

Although we can read, move, and delete charts and pictures from XLS file, Spreadsheet 3.5.0 still does not support exporting charts and pictures to XLS format. But you can export charts and pictures to a XLSX format file.
