Closing a book than open a book, the cell will become chaos when using IE 10 and IE 11

      This issue happened on ZSS App/Demo and only on IE 10 and IE 11.

      reproduce steps:

      1. open ZSS APP/Demo, it will be a blank book
      2. close this book by top-right button with "X" icon
        • or close by menu
      3. open any other book (e.g. upload the attached file TestFile2007.xlsx)
      4. the cell panel becomes chaos.
        • if switching sheet, it will become normal.
