      Reproducing Steps

      1. open zss.test/issue3/519-blankBackground.zul
      It loads an Excel file which has column C & D with red background:

      Expected:
      Column C and D should be red background.

      Actual:
      only C1 and D1 (non-blank cells) have red background, other blank cells have no red background.
