After hiding a row contained overflow cells, the hidden row's cell text is still shown and overlap

      reproduce steps:

      1. load attached file
      2. on sheet "cell-text"
      3. hide row 21
      4. the cells in row 21 are still display and overlap with row 2

      change row height has same issue
