Opening "Insert Picture" dialog twice causes whole Spreadsheet disabled.

      Reproducing Steps:

      1. open zss.test/496-insertPicture.zul
      2. select "Sheet2"
      3. open "insert Picture" dialog and click cancel to close dialog
      4. select "chart-image" sheet
      5. select "Sheet2" again
      6. open "insert Picture" dialog

      Expected:
      The dialog is open.

      Actual:
      The whole Spreadsheet is disabled. You can see dialog appearing below the Spreadsheet.
