Reproducing Steps:

minor, UI, recoverable by switching sheets

1. open zss.test/display2003.zul
2. select the sheet ""row""
3. delete column A
4. undo

Expected:
column A is back

Actual:
A1 becomes unable to select. Row 1's gridline are all at wrong position.

Another way for reproducing:

• just delete column A with top freeze panel
