Steps to reproduce.

1. Use any spreadsheet content as a starting point
2. Freeze the first row
3. Enable auto filter
4. Scroll down the unfrozen region a few rows
5. Open any one of the filter menu

The filter menu is scrolled toward the top, and not under the column heading being filtered.
