Cannot open inline editor when use rowfreeze or columnfreeze

      Reproducing Steps:

      1. create and visit the zul below 
        	<spreadsheet src="/TestFile2007.xlsx" maxrows="100" height="100%" width="100%" rowfreeze="0" columnfreeze="0"
		maxcolumns="10">
	</spreadsheet>
      2. scroll to the last row and last column
      3. cannot open inline editbox when double click top frozen area (ex: CV1) or left frozen area (ex: A1000) and no JavaScript error showed.
