reproducing steps:
1. input wrong formula by formula bar's text box and click "Enter" key
2. close the error message dialog
3. (IE) the position and formula bar will show the below cell's data and click "Enter" key won't blur

• if click "Enter" multiple time and click outside to blur it

3. (Others) the position will show the below cell's data and click ""Enter"" key won't blur

• if click "Enter" multiple time and click outside to blur it, formula textbox will keep the height and scroll position
