steps for reproducing:

1. load an excel file with cell validation in list
   • you can use attached file validation.xlsx
2. click the drop-down list as before.png shows
   • the list equals to referred cells
   • 
3. change a referred cell and click the drop-down list again as after.png shows
   • the list didn't update
