A small picture cannot be inserted in column A

      Problem Description:

      A small picture cannot be inserted in column A.

      Reproducing Steps:

      1. select a cell of column A (any cell)
      2. insert the attached image file

      Expected:
      The image is inserted into Spreadsheet.

      Actual:
      nothing appears on the sheet.

      Notice:
      Only when inserting a small image, this issue happens.
      As far as I test, only column A has this issue.
