move sheet left should not move to first sheet

      Problem Description:

      Move sheet left should not move the selected sheet to first sheet. "Move right" only shift the selected sheet 1 sheet to the right.

      Reproducing Steps:

      1. display attached file within Spreadsheet
      2. right click last sheet, select "move left"

      Expected:
      the selected is shifted 1 sheet left to the left.

      Actual:
      the selected become first sheet.
