change the background color of a cell below a merged cell, the merged cell's bottom border appears

      Problem Description:

      When we change the background color of a cell below a merged cell, the merged cell's bottom border appears. But it should not have bottom border.

      Reproducing Steps:

      1. display the attached file within the spreadsheet.
      2. change background color of the cell below the merged cell

      expected:
      merged cell should not have border

      actual:
      merged cell has bottom border
