      steps to reproduce

      1. visit zss.test/issue3/1350-focus.zul with firefox ESR (Extended Support Release) 60.9
      2. scroll down, click any cell

      Current Result

      the browser scrolls up the whole page to the top

      Expected Result

      no scroll up

      Debug Info

      now this bug is only reproducible with Firefox ESR not Chrome or normal Firefox
