ZSS loses hidden columns width after importing

      Importing / opening a book with hidden columns then unhiding them cauases loss of their sizes. Column's width set to "64".

      1. import a book with custom size hidden columns in ZSS Demo
      2, make those columns visible
      3. do same thing in MS Excel

      ZSS shows columns with default size (64)
      MS-Excel shows original custom sizes.
