data validation doesn't show input message except for list type

      steps to reproduce

      1. load the attached file
      2. click B1, B2, B3

      current result

      only B2 show input message

      expected result

      all 3 cells show input message

      debug info

      • 3.6.0 doesn't have such issue
      • Have checked that data validation is correctly imported into book model in 3.9.0. It must be a javascript bug
