Comment on cell is formatting by cell and its format can not be changed in "Edit Comment" window

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. open new spreadsheet
      2. select cell and write some text
      3. change the cell format to bold / italic / underline / ...
      4. select cell and select "Insert Comment" from popup
      5. write some comment and confirm "Insert Comment" window
      6. show comment
