Support percentage mask when editing a cell applied with "Percentage" format

      In Excel 2007, 2011, 2013, when you edit a cell with the percentage format, it will automatically append a % symbol in your number. This will make users easy to change the percentage number without converting first.

      For example, in the current design, if you expect 20% in a cell, you need to enter 0.2.
