in the current design, because we only have one filter option, we can clear the filter by clicking (Selecting All), so doesn't need "clear the filter" option on the filtering menu.
After adding new filtering options like ZSS-1191, ZSS-1192, ZSS-1193, that means users might apply more than 1 filters on a column. Then a "clear filter" option is handy in such case.
