a rich text is lost after importing

      Steps to reproduce

      1. load attached file

      actual result

      A1's text is lost

      debug info

      • delete blank char in A1, then it is displayed correctly
      • add a char in A1, display correctly
      • save as xlsx, display correctly
      • 3.5 ~ 3.8.2.FL all have this issue
      • poiRichTextString.numFormattingRuns() returns 1 in xls, but it returns 2 when saving as a xlsx or doing some modification on A1.
