there is a obvious rendering delay when resizing a chart in chrome

      Steps to reproduce

      1. load attached file with 3.8.1.FL.20150810-Eval in Chrome
      2. enlarge the chart's width

      Expected result

      chart size becomes larger.

      Actual Result

      The chart's frame becomes expected size, but its content's rendering delays for several seconds to finish.

      Debug information

      • This issue only happens on Chrome (44). It doesn't happen on Firefox, Safari, IE 10.
