Exported pdf missing background color when setting the color with whole row/column

      Reproducible steps:
      1. Link to http://zssdemo.zkoss.org/zssdemo/excel_like and create new book with menu File -> New.
      2. Select cell D4 and change its background to any color.
      3. Select Row 6 by header and change its background to any color.
      4. Click "Export to PDF" button, the result only shows D4.
