1. apply "all border" into C3:G10.
2. create a hyperlink into C10.
3. left and bottom border shouldn't disappear.

another case:
1. create hyperlink into D5, you wouldn't see border disappear.
2. create hyperlink into D6, you will see the top border disappear for cell D6.
