Steps to reproduce

1. load a blank file
2. insert a comment at A1
3. export it as Excel
4. open exported file in Excel

Actual result

Comment pops up right after opening the file.

They will cover adjacent cells, and users have to dismiss them manually which is a bother.

Expected result

comments don't pop up.
