Focus mark shouldn't be mis-alignment with grid line

      1. on browser A, import attached file and save it.
      2. move to tab "temp" and click on cell R16

      3. on browser B, open this same file by same adress
      4. move to tab "temp", we will see the mis-alignment focus mark.
