Resize column causes js error

      1-1. go to test case ZSS-433
      1-2. click button "reproduce" will causes js error.

      2-1. continue from previous test, click on cell E7 and then move cursor
      2-2. you will find selection can't be canceled.

      for first issue, could be a side effect from ZSS-988
