Setting a row background color causes exported xlsx to have every row contains that background color

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. load a blank file with 3.8.0.FL.20150422-Eval
      2. Select a row and apply a fill color.
      3. Export it to Excel.
      4. Open the exported file

      Actual result

      In the exported file, you can see that all rows are now filled with background color.
