add zkcharts to zkfiddle

      Current Result

      Component definition not found: charts in [LanguageDefinition: xul/html]

      Expected Result

      Consider adding zkcharts.jar to the deployment, to allow more testing scenarios.

      Debug Information

      Currently the code editor in zkfiddle has auto complete information for the <charts>-component, causing confusion, when the component isn't actually available.
