setDraggableY(false) doesn't work

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. run the attached example
      2. click the checkbox to enable draggable
      2. click the checkbox again to disable

      Current Result

      the 1st series is still draggable

      Expected Result

      the 1st series is not draggable

      Workaround

      • call chart.invalidate(); after getDragDrop().setDraggableY(false)
