      Please add support for showing the tooltiptext/tooltip for collapsed borderlayout regions. Also, options for additional decorations for collapsed borderlayout regions would enhance their intuitive usage, especially when a page loads with a region collapsed by default. Decorations could be icons or labels (vertical/horizontal), or ....
