onChange was fired in formatted doublebox without change the value

      It is just a issue, I think there is space to discuss the behavior. 

      <vbox>
	click doublebox and tab out, it fires onChange, however you didn't change anything
	<doublebox value="6.33" format="#.0" onChange='alert("onChange, value="+self.value)'/>
