after a multipart request failed, zk still keeps sending uploadInfo

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. add the attached filter to simulate a multipart request failed for 403
      2. load zul with CE only
      3. open browser developer tool > network log
      4. upload a file

      Current Result

      zk keeps sending uploadInfo infinitely

      Expected Result

      don't send those uploadInfo infinitely

      • this bug doesn't happen in ZK EE (sending /zkau/dropupload)
