      Current Result

      We don't release zk-bom and zk-parent for maven since ZK 10.0.0 release

      Expected Result

      We should release zk-bom and zk-parent maven pom file for maven.

      Debug Information

      1. upver task doesn't update the version of zk-bom and zk-parent pom files.
      2. Publish job doesn't publish the two pom files (i.e. bundle jar) into fileserver.
