moving focus among treecells of a frozen tree but the scroll bar doesn't sync to the corresponding position

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. focus on the column 1 textbox
      2. press tab repeatedly to focus on the textbox of column 6

      Current Result


      the scrollbar doesn't move right

      Expected Result

      the scrollbar moves right a small distance like:

      Debug Information

      • 9.5.0.3 doesn't have this bug. Since 9.5.1 this bug occurs.
      • could be caused by the fix of ZK-4743
