User Story

As an app developer, I want to have the ability to configure the position of a Window relative to either the viewport or a scrollable parent area, so that I can ensure the window appears in the expected location on the screen, regardless of the display mode (highlight, popup, overlapped, modal).

Acceptance Criteria

1. Configurable Positioning reference: app dev can set a component attribute that determines whether the window's position is based on the viewport or the scrollable parent area.
2. This configuration should be respected in the following modes: highlight, popup, overlapped, and modal.
