      Steps to Reproduce

      Run attached sample (with client-bind)

      click server-side's checkbox twice
      click client-side's checkbox twice

      Current Result

      When server-side template value is "false", "false" template is loaded
      When client-side template value is "false", template is not loaded

      Expected Result

      Both should behave the same
