      User Story

      1. As an end-user, I want to navigate to the icons on a Calendar title and change the month or year by pressing enter.
      2. When focusing on an icon or year label, the Calendar should have a focus effect to indicate its focused state.

      Acceptance Criteria

      An end-user can change the month or the year with a keyboard only. For example,

      1. press tab key several times to focus on the left arrow icon
      2. press Enter key to switch to the previous month
      3. press tab key to focus on a date
      4. press arrow keys to select a date
