      Steps to Reproduce

      1. visit IssueRichlet with 10.0.0.FL.20230220 (zul and stateless)
      2. reload page for 4 times
      3. dump heap with VisualVM, check DesktopImpl

      3. visit http://localhost:8080/shopping_cart_demo/issue
      4. reload page for 4 times
      5. dump heap with VisualVM, check DesktopImpl
