If a listbox (or grid) has many rows the user may scroll down towards the end of the list to find the desired listitem. In the attached sample, if you try to edit an item at the end of the list 3 times, the listbox (or the grid) is refreshed automatically and scrolls back at the top of the list.
This issue is very annoying especially for users who are editing many rows in the listbox.
