Steps to Reproduce

press ENTER on any element
press focus another nav element using RIGHT/LEFT
press ENTER again

via mouse
click any nav element
click any other nav element

Current Result

the focus jumps back to the previous nav element

Expected Result

the focus stays at the current element

Debug Information

when the nav element contains navitem-children those are focussed

the example contains debugging styles to highlight the current focus element (not needed when using a wcag theme)

in 9.5.0.3 the focus jumps instantly
in 9.6.0 (FL 2021-04-23) the focus jumps after a delay (assuming the non existing animation duration)
